Africa has been evangelised for generations, and the Gospel continues to reach new communities across the continent. However, there is another reality that is often overlooked:

Parts of Africa need to be re-evangelised.

Why?

Church growth has happened faster than access to biblical and theological training. Many pastors, particularly in rural and underserved communities, lead churches with little opportunity for formal biblical training.

The result can be serious.

Across parts of Africa, we increasingly see:

• The Gospel mixed with materialism.
• Prayer and deliverance commercialised.
• Miracles associated with payment.
• Believers becoming dependent on spiritual leaders rather than Christ.
• Pastors elevated above the people they are called to serve.
• Biblical discipleship replaced by dependence on personalities.

In many ways, we are facing a challenge similar to the churches of Galatia.

They had received Christ, but other requirements were being added to the Gospel.

The message gradually became:

Jesus + Something Else = Salvation

Paul refused to remain silent.

“I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you to live in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel.” — Galatians 1:6

Paul corrected the error and called the Church back to the Gospel they had received.

This is the burden behind Veritas Gospel.

We bring pastors and church leaders together around God's Word to ask again:

What is the Gospel?

What did Jesus actually teach?

What does Christlike leadership look like?

And what must we stop adding to the finished work of Christ?

Our message is simple:

JESUS IS ENOUGH.

To see the African Church return to the true Gospel and Christlike leadership.

We dream of churches where:

• Jesus is glorified above personalities.
• Scripture is above human traditions.
• Pastors serve rather than seek to be served.
• Salvation is freely proclaimed through Christ.
• Believers depend on Christ and grow in God's Word.
• The next generation inherits the true Gospel, not a commercialised version of Christianity.
